How long does the discovery call take, and is it free?
The call runs about 30 minutes and there is no charge. It is a candid conversation about your site, vision, timeline, and budget expectations. There is no proposal fee and no deposit required to talk.
What should I have ready before the call?
Nothing is required, but it helps to know your property address, a rough sense of your timeline, and what you are hoping to build — a custom home, laneway home, secondary suite, addition, or renovation. If you have a lot under consideration, the address lets us check zoning and SSMUH eligibility ahead of time.
Do I have to live in Coquitlam to book a call?
