These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at corevalhomes.com (the "Site"), operated by CoreVal Homes ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or booking a service through it, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services described on the Site

CoreVal Homes provides residential construction and custom home building services in Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Chilliwack, Langley, and the Fraser Valley, BC. Descriptions, photos, and pricing information on the Site are for general information only and do not constitute an offer that we are obligated to fulfill on the terms shown. Availability, scope, and pricing are confirmed only once we have assessed your specific job or request.

3. Quotes and estimates are not binding contracts

Any quote, estimate, or price range given through the Site, by phone, or by email is an estimate based on the information available at that time. It is not a binding offer and does not create a contract. A binding agreement exists only once both parties sign a written construction contract, work order, or service agreement that sets out final scope, price, and timeline. We may revise an estimate if the actual scope of work differs from what was described to us, or once a site assessment is complete.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms for a specific project are set out in the written construction contract for that project and take precedence over anything stated generally on the Site.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, CoreVal Homes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under BC or Canadian law. Liability for construction work performed is governed by the written construction contract for that project, not this Site, and by applicable BC Homeowner Protection Act / home warranty obligations where they apply.

6. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and design on the Site belong to CoreVal Homes or are used under license, except where credited to a third party (including client project photography used with permission). You may not copy, reproduce, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (review platforms such as Google, social media, or partner trades/suppliers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

8. Changes to these Terms
